Party Recipes


· 1 Bottle Southern Comfort
· 1 Can frozen orange juice prepared according to can directions
· 1 Can frozen lemonade prepared according to can directions
· 1 2 liter bottle 7-up

Mix together in punch bowl and serve over ice.


· 1 jar of maraschino cherries, chopped, do not drain
· 1 box of yellow cake mix
· 1 bag chopped walnuts or pecans (your choice as to what size)
· 1 ½ sticks melted butter
· 1 container of cream cheese frosting

Place entire package of yellow cake mix in 13x9 cake pan. Pour chopped cherries with juice over dry cake mix. Drizzle melted butter over top of dry cake mix. Top with chopped nuts on. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.Before serving warm frosting in microwave and drizzle over top.


· 1 jar marshmallow cream
· 1 oz cream cheese, soften
· Assorted fresh cut fruits (apples, strawberries, peaches)

Combine marshmallow cream and cream cheese until well blended. Serve with assorted fresh cut fruits.


· 1 can (8 oz)  refrigerated crescent rolls
·  1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
·  1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
· 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
· 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
· 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
· 3 oz shaved cooked roast beef (from deli)
· 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Heat oven to 375°F. Remove crescent rools from package, but do not unroll. Using serrated knife, cut roll evenly into 16 rounds; carefully separate rounds. Place 1 round in bottom of each of 16 ungreased regular-size muffin cups. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately press back of rounded teaspoon into center of each baked round to make indentation. Remove rounds from muffin cups to cooling rack; cool 10 minutes. 
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix cream cheese and lemon-pepper seasoning. In another small bowl, mix preserves, horseradish and mustard.
Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture into each round; top with 1/2 teaspoon preserves mixture. Divide beef evenly among rounds; top each with 1 rounded teaspoon preserves mixture. Sprinkle with parsley.


· 2 medium Granny Smith Apples
· 1 cup Strawberries, sliced
· 1 Kiwi, peeled and chopped
· 1 small Orange

Peel, core and slice apples; chop into small pieces and place in a bowl with strawberries and kiwi.  Zest orange and add to bowl, juice orange and also add to bowl. Chill. Serve with cinnamon chips.


· Flour tortillas
· 1/2 cup sugar
· 1 tablespoon cinnamon (adjust to taste)
· oil

Combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Cut tortillas into strips or triangles. Fry cut tortillas in oil until golden brown. Drain chips coat with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Let cool.
